Each app shows an "Allow Operanda data folder" window on first launch.: This step allows the data folder shared by the four apps (Documents › Operanda). Under macOS rules, each app asks once. You can change it later in Settings › "Change data folder…".
How do I use the AI features?: Scriptorium uses on-device Apple Intelligence by default and sends nothing out. To use other AI, turn on AI running on this Mac (Ollama, LM Studio) or cloud AI with your own API key (OpenCode Zen, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) in Settings › AI. You are asked for consent before the first send to an external AI.
How can I use it with my lab members?: In Inventarium, choose a shared folder (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, NAS, etc.) in Settings and members' stock stays in sync. In Comitium, tap "Share" on the minutes and others receive them read-only.
Can I delete the sample items?: Yes. Items marked "[Sample]" are for feature introduction; once deleted, they do not come back.
